Elektroprivreda of Slovenia filed charges against Mine and Thermal Power Plant requesting compensation of billion and 570 million KM.
In the new lawsuit, supplemented three months ago, Slovene company precisely stated amount is requests as compensation for funds invested in pre-war building of RiTE Ugljevik, then for management of the joint funds and undelivered electricity.
First lawsuit stated amount of 66.8 million KM but the lawsuit has been supplemented in January this year which states that Slovene Elektroprivreda requests around billion and 500 million KM more of compensation from RiTE Ugljevik.
This was stated by independent audit house “Deloitte” in audit report on RiTE Ugljevik in 2011 and no one has informed the public about the new compensation request and its amount.
Independent audit house “Deloitte” stated that dispute is not finished until the day this financial report is issued, whereas Board of RiTE Ugljevik finds they will not be exposed to significant potential material loss.
