Devol Hydropower D.O.O has signed a contract for construction works with Limak-AGE Joint Venture. The contract predicts civil works on construction of HPPs in Banja and Moglica. Construction of the third HPP, the one in Koklja will begin after finishing of works in mentioned HPPs. Works will begin in 2013 and they should be finished by 2019.
This hydro energy project is contained of three HPPs construction in Devol River’s basin with installed capacity of 280 MW. Average annual production of these HPPs is expected to be around 800 GW contributing electricity increase by 20% this way.
This is only one in a row of contracts that Devol Hydropower D.O.O signed. This company has also signed contracts with Alstom Company for hydraulic and electro-mechanic works for transmission lines 110 KV and 220 KV with Doko Company.
