Energy export revenues in the first quarter amounted to EUR 8.6 million.
Albanian energy company KESH reported net profit of EUR 4 million in the first quarter of 2016, as published on the website of Albanian Ministry of Finance.
Company’s EBITDA amounted EUR 4.6 million, out of which EUR 0.7 million was paid as corporate tax.
Energy sales revenue amounted to EUR 46.5 million out of which revenues from sales to Distribution System Operator amounted to EUR 26.2 and revenues from energy sales for covering losses of OSHEE amounted to EUR 9.4 million.
Energy export revenues in the first quarter amounted to EUR 8.6 million.
During the year, company announced eight tenders for export of surplus electricity. This electricity is being sold since KESH covered all needs of the company OSHEE for consumption and covering losses, transmits Serbia-energy.eu
