TSO company OST seeks consultancy service provider for construction of new high voltage transmission 400kV line.
The Albanian electricity transmission system operator OST has published an invitation for expression of interest for engineering design and project management services (implementation consulting services) required for the construction of new and extension of existing high-voltage transmission infrastructure in Albania.
The project in question includes: construction of a 400 kV single circuit transmission line between Elbasan and Qafe-Thane (Albanian-Macedonian border), construction of a 400 kV single circuit transmission line between Elbasan and Fier and reconstruction and extension of 400 kV substations Elbasan 2 and Fier.
The estimated duration of these services is 36 months. The contract will be awarded to a consulting firm fulfilling the criteria stipulated in the invitation for expression of interest, including a minimum average annual turnover in the past three years of 5 million euros.
