Bosnia and Herzegovina: HPP Visegrad output 158 GWh in March, News Serbia Energy
Hydropower plant Visegrad produced 157.7 GWh of electricity in March 2023, which is by 66% higher compared to the previous month, “Hidroelektrane na Drini “, the company which operates HPP, announced. In February, the plant produced 77.9 GWh of electricity.
HPP Visegrad produced a total of 849 GWh of electricity in 2022, compared to 1,174 GWh produced in 2021. The plant generated 381.27 GWh of electricity so far in 2023.
Visegrad has power output of 315 MW and average annual generation of 1,010 GWh of electricity. Record annual production was achieved in 2010 with 1,283 GWh. HPP is operated by a subsidiary of power utility ERS “Hidroelektrane na Drini”.
