Bosnia and Herzegovina, Nestro Petrol increased losses in H1 2021
, SEE Energy NewsBosnian fuel retailer Nestro Petrol, which operates as a part of Optima Group, said that it has recorded a net loss in the amount of some 720,000 euros in the first half of 2021, compared to a los of 0.5 million euros in the same period last year.
The company’s operating income increased to 47.7 million euros in the first six months of 2021, compared to last year’s 42.4 million euros, but the expenditures also rose to 48 million euros from 43.2 million euros.
Oil refinery in Bosanski Brod, as well as the refinery in Modrica and Nestro Petrol in Banja Luka are part of Optima Group, majority owned by NefteGazInkor, a subsidiary of the Russian company Zarubezhneft.
