By leasing three petrol stations in northeastern part of Bosnia from local company Braco and Sinovi, Bosnian fuel retailer Hifa Oil is expanding its fuel network in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). In March, Hifa Oil signed a lease agreement for one petrol station in Brcko and two in Bijeljina for a period of 10 years. Last month, BiH Competition Council rejected the notification of the concentration because it does not meet the market share requirement, given that the joint share of the two companies in the relevant markets, including related companies, does not exceed 40 %. Hifa Oil also opened new petrol station in Livno in southwestern BiH, thus increasing the number of stations it operates to 44.
