Regulatory Commission for Electricity in BiH Federation- FERK issued 5 decisions for issuing previous licenses for construction of solar plants- it is stated from FERK.
Previous licenses were issued for solar plants: “STOLAC” in Stoc to investor MAXIMA IST doo Mostar, „SOLIS 01“ in Lukavac to investor „SOLIS“ d.o.o. Lukavac, „Ahimbašić 1“ in Doboj Istok to investor „REMEDIA“ d.o.o. Tuzla, „BINGO SOLAR 01“ in Gradačac to investor „BINGO“ d.o.o. Tuzla, „BUJACI“ in Goražde to investor „BAHEN GRADNJA“ d.o.o. Sarajevo. FERK adopted a solution for issuing the work license for activities from electricity production of SolarMax from Mostar.
Drafts of the licenses for construction of production objects i.e. photovoltaic plants „JOP HODOVO 1“ to investor „JOP INVEST“ d.o.o. Stolac, „BINGO SOLAR 03“ to investor „BINGO“ d.o.o. Tuzla, „BE.23-1“ to investor „BEA“ d.o.o. Tešanj, „OIL-AC 1“ to investor „OIL-AC“ d.o.o. Mostar, „ PAŽIN“ to investor „PAŽIN“ d.o.o. Stolac and „FURNIR FIX“ d.o.o. Doboj Istok, as well as draft the license for electricity production activity of the request applicant „ECO ENERGY“ d.o.o. Gračanica have been determined.
Public reports of construction licenses applied requests for solar plants „BIOTECH“ from applicant „BIOTECH d.o.o. Busovača, solar plant „GLOBTEK“ from applicant „GLOBTEK d.o.o. Grude were adopted, as well as report of submitted request for electricity production license to the applicant „G.M.C.BIH“ d.o.o. Orašje- it is written in the statement.
