At yesterday’s ordinary Shareholders’ General Assembly of electricity transmission company Elektroprijenos BiH, a decision on the adoption of the audited financial statement of the company for 2015 was approved.
The statement from the company said that last year this electricity transmission company has achieved positive operational results and recorded total revenues in the amount 21 % higher than in 2014, while the company’s total assets stood at over 600 million euros.
It was also concluded that all indicators of liquidity, indebtedness, activity and costs point to the stability of the company’s operations. Independent auditor gave a positive report and confirmed that all financial statements present true financial position of the company at the end of 2015.
Shareholders of Elektroprijenos BiH also approved the decision on rescheduling the debts of the aluminium factory Aluminij Mostar, which should be paid off in monthly installments, according to the proposed repayment plan, transmits Serbia-energy.eu
