Bulgarian electricity distribution subsidiary of Czech energy company Energo-Pro, Power Distribution North said that it has invested over 200,000 euros in electricity distribution network upgrades in the region of Varna in northeastern Bulgaria.
The statement from the company said that over 125,000 euros was invested in the overhaul of its low-voltage overhead network in the length of some 18 kilometers. The rest of the sum was allocated to replacing medium-voltage transmission lines in the towns of Provadia and Dalgopol.
Power Distribution North operates 26 substations and some 43,000 kilometers of power lines in northern and northeastern Bulgaria.
