Bulgarian thermal power plant Bobov Dol recorded a net profit of approximately 560,000 euros in 2025, down from around 2 million euros in the previous year.
The company’s total revenues reached 234.7 million euros, marking an increase of 23% compared to 2024. Meanwhile, the company’s total expenditures also rose by 21.9%, reaching 234.1 million euros in the first half of 2025.
TPP Bobov Dol, a 630 MW coal-fired power plant, was commissioned in 2000 and is located in southwestern Bulgaria. The plant was privatized in 2008, and the local consortium Energy MK is its sole owner.
