Bulgaria, Traded volume on the day-ahead market of the (IBEX) registered a new daily record, SEE Energy News
The traded volume on the day-ahead market of the Independent Bulgarian Energy Exchange (IBEX) registered a new daily record of 90,629.2 MWh on 10 January.
The previous all-time high traded volume of 88,838.4 MWh was set few days before, on 5 January. At the same, the base price for the delivery day of 11 January reached 186.86 euros/MWh, much lower compared to other exchanges in the region.
IBEX was established in 2014 and it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, which acquired the company in 2017.
