Croatia: Dentons’ Warsaw office advises Enlight Renewable Energy on 49MW project
, SEE Energy NewsThe Warsaw energy and natural resources practice of law firm Dentons advised Enlight Renewable Energy on the construction and financing of a 49MW wind farm near Split in Croatia.
T
he firm provided advice on the preparation of construction and maintenance contracts, including the balance of plant, operations and maintenance for the substation, turbine supply and full services agreements.
It also represented the client in negotiations at each phase of the project.
Counsel Agnieszka Kulinska provided the advice, supervised by Arkadiusz Krasnodebski, Poland managing partner and head of the Warsaw and European energy and natural resources practice.
