Croatia: GEN-I starts supplying ministries and government with electricity
, SEE Energy NewsSlovenian company GEN-I said last week that the State Commission for Supervision of Public Procurement (DKOM) confirmed bid validity of its company GEN-I Zagreb, which will as most economically advantageous bidder supply electricity to 35 ministries and offices of the state administration in Croatia in the next two years.
After 19 June, the National Bureau of Central Procurement chose the offer of the company GEN-I Zagreb as the best, the other bidders filed complaints, but they were all rejected by DKOM who has officially confirmed that the GEN-I is preferred bidder, they said in a statement.
It is recalled that the offer made by the GEN-I Zagreb amounted 93 million kunas without VAT, or 16 million less than the estimated value of the procurement.
The company GEN-I Zagreb is a member of GEN-I Group which operates in 18 markets of energy in Central and Eastern Europe.
It operates in the Croatian market since 2005 where it supplies more than 11 thousands of measurement points.
