Croatia, Launch of Croatian power derivatives market expected in March 2023, SEE Energy News
On 10 November, Croatian energy exchange CROPEX, in cooperation with the European Energy Exchange (EEX), successfully held a workshop to launch the Croatian power derivatives market.
The EEX is the leading energy exchange which builds secure, successful and sustainable commodity markets worldwide – together with its customers.
About 70 interested company representatives from the entire region gathered at the workshop that was held in Zagreb.
The welcome speech was given by the CEO of CROPEX Silvio Brkic, while presentations were given by CROPEX representative Ante Mikulic and EEX representatives Lukas Dehn and Matthias Taubert, who announced that the launch of the Croatian power derivatives market is expected at the end of March 2023.
