INA – Oil Industry d.d. signed a contract by which has acquired ownership of the remaining 50% interest in CROPLIN Ltd. from the company E.ON Hungaria Zrt. Hungary.
By concluding this transaction, INA became the owner of 100% shares in the company CROPLIN Ltd.. Company CROPLIN is engaged in activities of gas distribution and infrastructure.
