Croatian, Slovenian and Austrian gas TSOs to cooperate on green agenda
, SEE Energy NewsNatural gas transmission system operators of Croatia (Plinacro), Slovenia (Plinovodi) and Austria (Gas Connect) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in order to support projects to reduce greenhouse gas emission and develop hydrogen infrastructure.
The MoU was signed in early December and focuses on infrastructure projects that link the gas transmission networks of the three countries, as well as coordination and cooperation regarding projects of common interest.
The companies also agreed that enlargement and development of pipeline infrastructure to carry hydrogen among the three countries, depending on the availability of hydrogen, is of common interest.
