The RCC Secretariat managed to fill some of recognized gaps in the regional energy and infrastructure cooperation based on gap analyses performed. In that respect, more involvement of parliamentarians in regional energy cooperation was supported through tailor-made workshops for parliamentary committees responsible for energy in the RCC members from SEE and other related activities.
