Hungary: New nuclear power plant deal with Russia
, SEE Energy NewsThree more contracts needs to be concluded even before it begin expansion of the Paks Nuclear Power Plant with its Russian counterparts, they will be more involved in technical agreements – said Aszódi Attila the investment government commissione.
The contract includes new power plant design, construction and commissioning. In addition, a separate agreement must be connected to the nuclear fuel shipment and spent fuel management.
However, agreement is the newly completed blocks operation, and the establishment of future maintenance as well.
The deal on the Hungarian side of a larger group of experts will be prepared. Will be discussed in the Russian state nuclear energy company, Rosatom representatives at various levels on behalf of Moscow.
