Average HUPX DAM peak price amounted to 32.55 euros/MWh in March, 26.45 % lower compared to February peak price. The average price of electricity on day-ahead market of the Hungarian energy exchange HUPX amounted to 29.76 euros/MWh in March 2019, which is 25.31 % lower compared to the previous month, when average baseload price amounted to 39.85 euros/MWh. Traded volume in March reached 2.139 million MWh, which is 4.91 % more than in February (2.039 million MWh) . Average daily traded volume in March amounted to 69,012.1 MWh. The total value of transactions in March amounted to 63.1 million euros, which is 22.75 % lower than in the previous month (81.68 million euros).
