The overhaul and modernization project of Zvornik hydro power plant starts next week, it was announced in Corporate enterprise Drinsko-Limske power plants. CE Drinsko-Limske hydro power plants is a subsidiary company of Electric power of Serbia.
The preparation works for this project included one year of preparation of technical documentation and feasibility reports. The project design identified the potentials for increasing the production and securing the reliable work of hydro power units for next 30 years. In first two years preparation of tender documents for machine and electrical equipment was contracted which lead to contract signing for financing this 70 mil euro project.
