Macedonia: Domestic production covered 79 % consumption in January, SEE Energy News
Total electricity consumption in Macedonia in January amounted to 914,376 MWh, natural gas consumption amounted to 54.214 million cubic meters, coal consumption reached 586,412 tons, while the consumption of petroleum products stood at 77,141 tons.
According to the data from State Statistical Office, 79 % of the consumed electricity in January was covered by domestic production, while 97.8 % of the total coal consumption was used for electricity production.
