Macedonia: Domestic production covered 81 % consumption in January, SEE Energy News
Total electricity consumption in Macedonia in January amounted to 840,394 MWh, natural gas consumption amounted to 46.663 million cubic meters, coal consumption reached 469,206 tons, while the consumption of petroleum products stood at 87,872 tons.
According to the data from State Statistical Office, 81.1 % of the consumed electricity in January was covered by domestic production, while 95.6 % of the total coal consumption was used for electricity production.
