The state requires private investors to finance , build and manage the distribution system of natural gas in the capital Skopje region . Call for public -private partnership lasts until 26 May , and the investment is estimated at 98.4 million.
The project will cover all 17 municipalities in the Skopje region . The private partner that will build the distribution system and it should run for 20 years , and in the first five years it should be implemented preparatory works and construction of the network . After this period of five years it should be built around 250km primary distribution network . In the first five years after the signing of the agreement , the developer would have to build at least 70 percent of the network .
