Macedonian ELEM builds first wind mill, support by KfW, Terna and Siemens

Macedonian power generation company ELEM signed the contract for construction of first wind mill with consortium of greek construction company TERNA and german Siemens.

The contract includes procurement and installation of wind turbine and related infrastructure such as transformer substation and electrical cables which will connect this new power gen facility with energy grid system.

Total value of investment of this 37MW wind mill is 55 mil euro, out of which german bank KFW will provide 33 mil euro and the rest will be financed by ELEM.
