Montenegro: Additional stake in CGES acquired by Serbian EMS
, SEE Energy NewsElectricity transmission system operator EMS has acquired additional 5 % stake in its Montenegrin counterpart CGES, thus increasing its share in the operator to 15 %, according to Serbian media. Reportedly, the 5 % stake cost around 7 million euros on the Stock Exchange. In late December 2015, EMS became a shareholder in CGES, after the company bought about 10 % of CGES’s shares at Montenegrin Stock Exchange for some 13.9 million euros.
