The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property has concluded a lease agreement with a consortium consisting of local companies N1, Sistem-MNE and Permonte for the lease of state-owned land in the municipality of Savnik, where the Sinjajevina wind farm will be built.
In mid-February, the Ministry launched a public call for a long-term lease of state-owned land for 30 years, with the deadline for submitting applications being 1 March.
Ministry said that only one bidder purchased the auction documentation – the consortium consisting of the companies N1, Sistem-MNE and Permonte, which was also the only bidder for the lease of the land.
Since the consortium met all the conditions prescribed by the public call, an agreement for land was concluded with the consortium. The land is leased for the design, construction and operation of a wind farm with a minimum installed capacity of 6.6 MW per wind turbine.
