The tender for the granting of concessions for exploitation and construction of eight small hydropower (SHPP) is open until 18 November and early next year it should be clear who got the concession, announced the Ministry of Economy.
-The tender is open until 18 November, so it’s too early to say which companies have applied. Most of them will apply in the last few weeks – confirmed the representatives of the Ministry .
They said that after the opening of bids, contracts are evaluated and signed, and it could be expected to know exactly who received concessions earlier this year.
The Ministry of Economy has announced a tender for concessions for exploitation and construction of eight small SHPP on 12 July, with expected income of 20 to 30 MEUR.
The subject of the concession is the design, construction, operation and maintenance of SHPP in waterways Bukovica, Bijela, Bistrica – a tributary of Ljubovica, Krastica, Velicka river, Djuricka with its tributaries, Kaludarska and Vrbnica, in municipalities Savnik, Bijelo Polje, Andrejevica, Plav, Berane and Pluzine.
