Doboj’s region disposes with significant capacity of renewable energy sources- Managing Engineer for Development and analysis in the Company “Elektrodoboj” and professor in Higher Technical School for Business in Doboj, Sasa Djekic said.
Potential of Bosna River amounts about 90 MW on territory of Doboj, according to his words. He stated that its use can provide more than 70% of total electricity consumption in the area.
– Besides, average solar irradiation in this part of RS amounts around 1.250 kilowatt-hours per m2 what provides meaningful possibilities for solar electricity use in our territory- Djekic said.
