Reservoir Capital Corporation recently contracted advisors to probe potential hydroelectric development sites in Montenegro, especially the River Lim, situated across the border from the company’s Brodarevo Projects in Serbia, Montenegro Times reported.
The company has also set up an office in the country which was recently launched by the Canadian Ambassador to Serbia, Montenegro and FYROM, Roman Waschuk. Miljana Vidovic, President and CEO of Reservoir said the company is grateful for the continued support of the Canadian Embassy and very pleased to be extending our new business efforts in the region to complement our existing base in Serbia and Bosnia.
He said that Montenegro is a very mountainous country with a lot of undeveloped hydroelectric potential and has recently established a new legal framework for renewable energy to European Union standards.
