Romanian Alive Capital was established in 2013and currently manages 470 MW of installed electricity generation capacity from solar, wind, hydro, and biomass sources, representing 9 % of the total RES capacities installed in Romania.
Alive Capital, a company providing integrated services in the energy sector, but also operating as a supplier and trader on the energy market, will issue 2 million euros of bonds on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).
The bonds will be issued under a private placement and subsequently listed on BVB. The company will use the funds to develop electricity production from renewable sources and technical support for integrated service activities related to electricity production and sale. CEO Giacomo Billi said that the goal is to excel in the areas in which the company operates: providing integrated services, renewable energy and electricity supply.
The company expects to increase its turnover to 42 million euros in 2020, from 37.8 million euros in 2019. It also targets a 3 million euros net profit this year, up from last year’s 2.3 million.
