The National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) will reduce electricity distribution and transmission fees by between 1.7 and 1.9 %, as of 15 January, after eliminating the 2 % contribution from the amount that the energy companies paid to the authority’s budget.
Thus, the transmission fee will be reduced by 1.9 %, to 3.76 euros/MWh. The distribution fees will decrease by between 1.7 and 1.8 %: 25.72 euros/ MWh for Oltenia Distribution, 22.92 euros/MWh for Banat E-Distribution, 28.04 euros/MWh for EDistribution Dobrogea, 24.4 euros/MWh for EDistribution Muntenia.
Electrica Transilvania Nord will have a fee of 22.28 euros/MWh, Electrica Muntenia Nord – 26.37 euros/MWh and Electrica Transilvania Sud – 22.28 euros/MWh aw sell, while Delgaz Moldova will have a distribution fee of 27.67 euros/MWh. As of 1 January, ANRE had increased these fees by up to 7.5 %.
