Romania: Bureaucracy delays energy investments claim from Transelectrica
, SEE Energy NewsRomanian transmission system operator Transelectrica plans to invest in the medium term more than 678 MEUR in the modernization and expansion of the network.
In the company they estimate that they will succeed in realizing only 20% of that amount in the period 2015 – 2017th because many projects remained frozen due to the slow permits obtaining and lack of access to work location.
