Hidroelectrica company, the cheapest energy producer in Romania, sold last friday on power exchange, an amount of 198 085 MWh electricity.The company has divided this amount in seven deals.
Hidroelectrica says that price that sold these energy packets ranged from £ 158.01 per MWh and 176 lei per MWh.
Buyers are Enel Energie Banat, Enel Distribution Muntenia, Enel Distribution Dobrogea Axpo Energy and Romania. At the end of May, HIDROELECTRICA announce a release, it sold 12 packages OPCOM energy, totaling 270 970 MWh of 50 million (11 million euro).
Tender was conducted on power exchange were HE signed four contracts with Entrex Services, three contracts with Electrica Transilvania Sud Distribution and one contract with Tinmar, Transformer Energy Supply, Gas & Energy C-Distribution, Enel Energie and GEN-I Bucharest.
Package price peak exceeded 200 USD / MWh, delivering peak power in 2015 was sold at a price of 205.43 lei / MWh and the average price obtained for energy delivery in Q3 2014 was 202, 89 lei / MWh. Market the first time in Romania, was made a transaction for a standard delivery bandwidth for the calendar year 2016, the tender was won by Enel Energy at a price of 180.5 RON / MWh, a price above average 176.3 lei / MWh delivery related transactions tape made in 2015, showing an upward trend in the price of energy sold in 2015 and 2016 compared to this year.
