Electricity producer Hidroelectrica hopes to get at least 19MEUR from auctioning and sales of 20 small hydro power plants. Prices start from 35490EUR without VAT for a micro-hydropower plant Fălticeni CHEMP, Suceava County, to 3.5MEUR without VAT for a group of small hydropower plants in the river basin Tarlung, Brasov County.
According to the notice rules buyer is obliged to ensure continuity of electricity production according to the regulations, licenses, issued by the National Energy Regulatory Authority, for a period of at least five years from the date of signing the contract of sale.
If the award for the assets is made by individuals / foreign legal (including where they are part of a consortium), byers are obliged to conclude the contract of sale with their subsidiary based in Romania.
According to a notice invitation posted on the website of the company the buyer must assume the obligation to take full Hidroelectrica staff working in small hydropower assets which are subject of sale on the transfer date, honoring of obligations and rights arising from the collective agreement in force at Hidroelectrica.
The security of participation is 10% of the starting price. Participation guarantee is paid in lei or in euros at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Romania on its payment or issue a bank guarantee by individuals / foreign legal.
The consideration of each file Presentation is 1,000 lei (plus VAT), which includes direct access to data and information assets. The consideration of each tender fee is 226EUR (plus VAT).
Dossiers compiled by Hidroelectrica for the sale of assets of each package can be purchased from Monday to Friday from February 2 until March 20 2015 between 9.00 and 15.00, from corporate headquarters. In order to participate in the auction, bidders will submit documents to participate in Hidroelectrica headquarters in sealed envelopes until March 20, 2015, 15:00.
The envelopes with tender documents will be made during the period 23 March to 26 March. Auctions will be held from March 30 to April 2.
