Shareholders of Nuclearelectrica energy company were called on October 6, to approve a capital increase of USD 241.5 million by issuing 24,149,991 new shares.The capital of Nuclearelectrica would go from 2.818 billion lei to 3.059 billion lei.
“Nuclearelectrica” ended the first half of the year with a net profit of 60.425 million lei , 69% lower than that recorded in the same period last year (196,122,000 USD) Special construction tax is one of the reasons, according to a statement.
