National Nuclear Power Company Nuclearelectrica has entered into three contracts with Electrica Transilvania Sud and Electrical Distribution, totalling over 3.4MEUR.The contracts were concluded by the auctioning of 25 November organized Centralized Market for Bilateral Contracts – PCCB, managed by OPCOM.
Nuclearelectrica has signed two contracts with Electrica for a quantity of 87,600 MWh of energy that will be delivered during the period 1 January to 31 December 2015, at a constant power per contract (5 MW).
The total value of the two contracts is 3.3MEUR corresponding to the closing price of 37.71EUR/ MWh.
On 25 November 2014, at Electrica SNN have a claim in the amount of 2.8MEUR and no debt.
Electrica will pay at maturity defined as the 15th of the month following the contractual energy delivery and will provide guarantees for SNN, which will be filed at least two working days before the start of deliveries. Collateral value for each of the two contracts is 248.000 EUR
The supply of electricity under the contract with Electrica Transilvania Sud Distribution will take place in period of December 4 2014-3 January 2015 at a constant power per contract (5 MW), totaling a volume of 3,720 MWh. The contract value is 149.000EUR (excluding VAT), corresponding to the closing price of 40.10EUR / MWh.
On 25 November 2014, SNN had no debt and no debt to Electrical Distribution South Transylvania.
Electrical Distribution Transilvania Sud will pay at maturity defined as 2 December 2014 and will provide guarantees for SNN.
