Hydrocarbon output of Romania’s largest oil and gas company OMV Petrom in the third quarter of 2021 amounted to 122,800 barrels of oil equivalent per day, which is by 8.2 % lower compared to the second quarter, when it totaled 138,900 barrels of oil equivalent per day. In the same period of 2020, hydrocarbon production amounted to 141,300 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
The total volume of hydrocarbon sales amounted to 116,700 barrels of oil equivalent per day (133,300 in Q3 2020). Total sales of refined products amounted to 1.54 million tons (1.38 million tons in Q3 2020), and gas sales to third parties to 8.17 TWh (9.28 TWh in Q3 2020).
Net electricity production amounted to 1.37 TWh in the third quarter of the year.
