On January 15, the Day-Ahead Market (DAM), managed by OPCOM, had 236 companies which have introduced at least one offer and settled transactions for the supply of energy, which makes over 75% of the 314 registered participants DAM.
For deliveries on January 10, 226 companies have registered for bids and concluded transactions, and on January 7 there were 221 participants with completed transactions.
According OPCOM, the number of active participants in December 2015 was 234, while the average number of participants per day last year amounted to 215.
In December 2015, the transactions concluded on PZU were 44.35% of forecasted net consumption of Romania, and their value amounted to more than S 406 million lei (90.3 million euros), transmits Serbia-energy.eu
