Romania imported gas at average price of 400 dollars for 1.000 cubic meters this year, shows report for 2013th, which prepared National energy regulator.
The price of the imported gas varied in different months between 392 and 411 dollars for 1000 cubic meters. The report shows that 84, 72% of used gas in Romania comes from own production, and share of imported gas is just 15, 28 %.
The Chairman of the National energy regulator pointed out that last year Romania paid for the imported gas one billion dollars less compared to 2013th . According to the National statistics Institute, Romania imported gas in 2013th for 50 % less compared to 2012th.
