SEE Region: Hungary, Serbia and the Republic of Srpska are working together to form a joint energy community
, SEE Energy NewsThe President of the Republic of Srpska (RS) Milorad Dodik said at the Balkan Solar Summit held in Banja Luka that Hungary, Serbia and the RS are working together to form a joint energy community.
President Dodik said that the goal of this initiative is for the participants to exchange between themselves any excess electricity they produce.
He added that the conference was also attended by his team of people who would take note of all the initiatives and then try to find operating responses to them.
RS Minister of Energy and Mining Petar Djokic also spoke at the Summit, stating that the RS is the safe place for investments in the energy sector.
