Minister of Energy and Mining Aleksandar Antic said that the serious calculations were done which should demonstrate if there would be a electricity price increase this year.
On that decision will influence the arrangement with MMF, since EPS was the subject of MMF observation, said Antic, at a press conference in EPS, on which was presented the Board of EPS Executive Directors.
He said that only two months remained “for all these mathematics”, and then the public would be informed.
Antic stressed the importance of EPS corporatization, which was the most important economic system in Serbia, in order that EPS move from a public company into a joint stock company by the end of 2016th after completion of the assets valuation, which is underway, which would eventually, as he said , allow the entry of a strategic partner in EPS.
