The company MK Fintel Wind, a joint venture of MK Group and the Italian company Fintel energy spa, has started construction of a wind farm near Kula, with a power of 9.9 megawatts, and the completion of work on the facility, which will employ 50 workers, is expected by the end of October this year.

The plant, which consists of three wind generators “Vestas” in height 178 meters, will produce 27 million kilowatts of “green energy”, which is sufficient for the needs of nearly 8,000 households.
In addition to the wind farm in Kula, it will also begin soon the construction of a second wind farm, which will be located near Vrsac, investment worth 11 MEUR, which will supply about 5,500 households with electricity, according to a statement.
