Petroleum Industry of Serbia, owned and managed by GazpromNeft announced that it has invested 15, 84 MEUR in additional modernization of Oil Refinery in Pancevo, within the planned overhaul.
According to the press release, this will enable greater production of quality products, increase the efficiency of production processes and provide more reliable operation of the refinery units.
It adds that more than 70 projects were completed during the repair, of which 33 are the projects of investment maintenance and the rest are the new investments.
As they stated, after the realization of investment projects in the past month, stable and increased production of diesel, jet fuel and high quality Euro 5 gasoline has been enabled in Pancevo Oil Refinery.
In this way, the company is ready to respond to the increased needs of the market in the region and the European Union with quality petroleum products, according to NIS press release.
