Serbia, NIS approved the distribution of 49.2 million euros in dividend
, News Serbia EnergyAt the general meeting held on 29 June, the shareholders of Serbian oil company NIS, majority owned by Russian Gazpromneft, approved the distribution of a total of 49.2 million euros in dividends from the company’s 2021 profits.
Namely, NIS will distribute 25 % of its last year’s net profit as dividends. In 2021, NIS distributed 8.25 million euros in dividends from 2020 profit.
In 2021, NIS recorded a net profit in the amount of 178.8 million euros, compared to a loss of 64 million euros recorded in 2020.
