Bajatovic said that the project of Srbijagas restructuring was completed and “it would be a model of legal separation”, where were separated transporter, warehouse, distributor and retailer as legal entities.
Srbijagas will remain holding because of project such as South Stream, unresolved property issues and some inherited problems with NIS, Bajatovic announced.
Bajatovic reiterated that Srbijagas gave gaspractically free to the companies in restructuring, which were under state patronage, in order to preserve jobs , but it would not work any longer by January 1st.
