In October 2024, the Krško nuclear power plant, jointly owned by Slovenia and Croatia, generated 520,450 MWh of net electricity, exceeding its planned output of 508,000 MWh by 2.45%. This marked a strong performance, especially considering that the plant was offline for regular maintenance in October 2023.
Operating within the technical specifications, the plant’s security systems were fully functional, and both its availability and capacity factors reached 100%. There were no technical issues reported during the month.
