Serbia: The fifth aggregate in HPP “Medjuvrsje “, Assembly at the end, soon putting into operation

Assembly works on additional aggregate of 600 kilowatts in HPP “Medjuvrsje ” come to an end . Studies and tests that should confirm the design characteristics are being prepared. Aggregate’ release unit into operation is planned for the first ten days of March.

Due to the biological minimum security, during dry periods, water from HPP “Medjuvrsje” lake will be converted into energy, which is a unique task at level of the company “Drinsko – Limske HPPs”. The average annual energy production of the fifth aggregate in HPP “Elektromorava” will be 1.7 million kilowatt – hours.
