Regular meeting of DSO companies within Serbian power utility EPS, organized by EPS Direction for Distribution, was held with guest companies present on the meeting.
Next to EPS’s representatives and industrial companies for electricity distribution, representatives of companies in charge for construction like Srbijagas and South Stream have also participated in the meeting for the purpose of reconsidering the question for electricity supply to main pipeline of South Stream. EMS’s representatives participated also because reconsidering their suggestion about takeover of 100/x kV substations that supposes to be done by the end of this month. Next to these, other popular daily subjects were on timetable like connection of small HPPs on distribution system, adoption of unique pricelist for their connection, report about unplanned power supply stoppages and other.
Reconsidering the first point of timetable, connection of pipeline object South Stream, Pavel Persidskiy, representative of South Stream Company, stressed that meeting strives to determine detailed order of future activities because of power supply security requested by investor and because of legal obligations.
-It is expected from distribution industrial companies to construct necessary electricity objects for investor’s account because although pipeline is underground, there are some above-ground in function of pipeline which need electricity supply as compressor, measuring and block station- Dejan Vasic, Director of EPS’s Electricity Distribution Direction. He added that construction of one object is expected from “Elelktrodistribucija Beograd” in Palilula municipality and construction of five objects from “Elektrosrbija” Kraljevo (Bogatic, Loznica, Paracin, Despotovac and Svilajnac).
The Company “Centar” Kragujevac suppose to construct five objects (two objects in Zabari and Smederevo and one in Velika Plana). Nis expects construction of four objects from “Jugoistok” (two in Zajecar and two in Boljevac) and construction of the biggest number of objects, 18 of them, is expected from “Elektrovojvodina” Novi Sad (Kovin, Pancevo, Opovo, Zrenjanin, Titel, Zabalj, Srbobran, Kula, two objects in Sombor, four in Vrbas, as well as objects for Republika Srpska in Stara Pazova and Sremska Mitrovica and for Croatia in Backa Palanka and Bac).
