A total of 755,770 MWh of electricity was traded on the day-ahead market on the Slovenian energy exchange BSP Southpool in September 2019, which is a 10.9 % increase compared to the previous month, with an average of 25,192 MWh/ day.
Average daily base price on day-ahead market in September amounted to 55.33 euros/MWh, which is an 1.4 % increase compared to August, while average euro-peak price reached 60.92 euros/ MWh (- 2.2 %).
Regarding intraday auctions, a total of 33,129 MWh was traded on implicit intraday auction (MI2 + MI6) in September 2019, with an average price of 66.84 euros/MWh (MI2) and 54.67 euros/MWh (MI6).
